    • Coordinated with clients and partners to investigate and resolve discrepancies between unpaid invoices, appeal partial payments, request missing matter ID numbers, and unsuccessful electronic billing submissions.
    • Copied and credited accounts when accounts receivable checks were received. Maintained internal accounts receivable spreadsheet for all electronic bills pending payments and missing matters ID numbers.
    • Summarized receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, verifying attorney rates/totals, and creating monthly aging reports.


    • Trained and supervised more than 20 staff members on accounting system.
    • Led reconciliation of approx. 200 account balances through resolving disputes, correcting discrepancies, initiating adjustments and credits/re-bills.
    • Initiated and executed streamlined client database resulting in increased payables due to previously misplaced information and reducing lost time when retrieving information.
    • Reduced problem checks by 95% through contacting clients to clarify the correct information needed to credit their accounts.
